I met a group of people at university and we spent the two next decades making things together.First a LARP system at the UEA Games Society , then bigger events — I ended up running plot for the Lorien Trust, which mostly meant orchestrating a fight for several hundred people in a field and hoping it held. Then audio drama, because we'd run out of field. Then short films, because we'd run out of microphones.That's the honest shape of it: never a plan, just whatever the next thing was. Some of it got finished. Some of it is twelve completed scripts and a hard drive of audio nobody ever edited. It's all in the archive either way, including the parts that didn't work.These days there are jobs and children and considerably less time. The urge hasn't gone anywhere — we're just still working out what the next platform looks like.
